STS Library was established in 1998. In 1994, we moved from the old library to the current one on 1 st floor of the STS Administration Building. In 2000, STS Library implemented an Information System known as V-LIB, with computerized cataloguing, loan activities, patron information database, and material searching functions. All library users are permitted to use this information system in searching for materials according to book title, book call number, author, subject heading, as well as currently.
The library has approximately 3 5, 000 books and around 200 copies of other reading materials and audio & visual materials, which include cassettes, videocassettes, audio Compact Discs, and Video CDs. In addition, we have Sunday school materials and children books.

- Anyone interested in joining the library membership is required to fill in an Application Form with a passport-sized photo attached.
- Library membership for lecturers, part time lecturers, staff and spouses is free of charge.
- Library membership for full time and part time students, certificate students, and senior citizen is free of charge. However, library membership for spouses of students is RM22; and RM12 for children aged 6-12.
- Church pastors and other church members who wished to apply for the library membership are required to fill in an Application Form. The form should be signed and acknowledged by the pastor-in-charge of their respective churches. Membership fees as above.
- The validity period of the membership is 1 year. Renewal of the card after the expiry date is required.
- Any lost library card must be reported immediately and the library member is requested to pay RM5.00 for a replacement card.
